We are so excited for you to experience Grota Solna! We would like to ensure that everyone has a relaxing and positive experience. Here are some helpful tips to help maximize your experience:
Please dress normally/comfortably. There will be no need to change clothes, so we would like you to be able to relax in comfortable clothing.
Spa slippers to wear inside the cave/rooms will be provided. If you choose not to use our slippers, please wear all white socks (color dyes can stain the loose salt). All slippers are laundered between sessions.
The cave stays between 63-66 degrees to help mimic the climate of a true salt cave and for better saturation of the air for proper inhalation of the salt. Blankets are provided for ultimate relaxation and to ensure all guests are comfortable. All blankets are laundered between sessions.
All sessions start promptly at your reservation time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session so that we may have time to check you in.
No cellphones or personal items such as purses or bags are allowed in the cave. Lockers (under surveillance) are provided. Please silence cellphones when placing inside locker.
If you arrive late to your session, we will not be able to add you into your reserved time slot (we will not disrupt relaxation time for guests already in the cave), however we will make every accommodation possible to add you into the next available room or cave session.

What to Expect in Your Salt Cave Session
Rest and relax in our zero gravity chairs surrounded by up to 13 tons of pink Himalayan salt. Salt Therapy, aka Halotherapy, is an alternative treatment for a wide variety of ailments and conditions such as: anxiety, sleeplessness, asthma, allergies, inflammation, skin issues, and even the common cold. The treatment offers a unique, natural therapy that allows you to get a sense of peace and serenity, while simply breathing in the beneficial ionized salt particles. Private sessions are available. Salt Cave Room Pricing
While we have a beautiful cave for all to enjoy - we have also built 2 salt rooms with your privacy in mind! These smaller rooms, big enough for 1 to 2 people to enjoy offer the same benefits as our larger cave. Salt will be dispersed into the air using a halogenerator and you will breathe in and enjoy the room for the same 45 minute session as our cave.
We have these 2 additional rooms to accommodate walk in guests, however, appointments are always encouraged and prioritized.
